CORPORATE SUMMER HEALTH FAIR 06/30/2010
Today I did around thirty ear acupressure treatments for the staff of a large company during their annual safety and wellness program. People were stressed because of massive layoffs and really appreciated the opportunity to center and relax. I am constantly amazed how quickly the CHI ear beads act. People melt before your eyes. Tense facial muscles turn into a gentle smile, shoulders drop and pains disappear. New mothers will use the beads to lose their baby 'fat'. Older mothers will use the Shen Men point to calm their boys and avoid using drugs to help them focus in school. I came home tired but grateful to have such a simple yet effective gift to share. .. We will have CHI Circles at the beautiful Vivo Center starting in July. Denise Strauss, the colon therapist who has created this healing space is devoted to providing support for people to create wellness in their lives. There is a great seminar series at the center. We are planning a 'Heal the Healer ' retreat in the autumn. We will have a CHI circle weekly.
