Aromatherapy for Healing the Spirit

A course in Aromatherapy Oils emphasizing the psycho-emotional MindBody healing capacity of the essential oils used in combination with acupressure and mindfulness meditation.  CHI Bead therapy available to participants.

12 sessions meeting fortnightly or monthly,  $25/session, $250 if paid in advance. Oils available to be ordered at wholesale cost.

Some of what will be covered include:

1.Dana Young's Emotional Aromatic Touch-DVD Lecture demonstration and practice 2, 2.5-3 hour sessions.

  • Session one intro, chakra discussion  and hand application practice
  • Session two discussion of oils, follow-up, Acupressure point support  and back application
  • limited class size: 8

2. Aromatherapy For Healing The Spirit, required book available online, from our website or preordered from us

  • Introduction of Chinese 5 Phase System and  Traditional Aromatherapy
  • Review of ten major Essential Oils relative to their 5 phase connection
  • A portfolio of Essential oils will be assembled for use in blending

3. Oils for Depression - 5 sessions
  • Oils for depression manifesting in each of the 5 phase types will be discussed, different oils compared and mixtures blended

4. Oils for  the emotions: We will Cover : Sorrow, Relationships, Worry, Anger, Anxiety, and Fear (3-5 session)
  • Different manifestations  of each emotion and related oils will be discussed and sampled
  • Blends will be created for each emotion.
