Private Sessions

In Private ShenJing Acupressure sessions, lasting 1 to 1.5 hours, you will receive gentle and professional personal support in exploring your mind-body connection in order to resolve inner conflicts and habitual mental/emotional holding patterns, which have translated into chronic muscle tension, pain, fatigue, discomfort & disease. I will treat you hands on and teach you to treat yourself using the many resources at our disposal.

You will experience remembered wellness. You will discover the ‘lover within’. I will support you to:

For private body/mind acupressure sessions, sliding scale cost is $60-$120/hour.

Calls usually range between $30 to $60 per hour/person. Regular Conference calls are part of the Serenity Core Training

CHI Circles

These weekly meetings provide a relaxing ear acupressure treatment for participants, as well as training based on the timeless traditions of both Chinese Medicine & Western Trans personal Psychology in the following:

  • Stress management /Drug free pain relief
  • Self-care for common ailments
  • Weight management/Healthy lifestyle choices

Conducted by veteran acupuncture therapist & health educator, Esther McCormick, or a trained Serenity Circle facilitator in your area, the group dynamic is a vital element of the Serenity Circles program. Participants support each other in recreating wellness through awareness of their core potential and inner body wisdom. They learn to do acupressure, to meditate, to re-program their stress responses & to make wise lifestyle choices. Because Serenity Ear Beads stay taped to the ear for days at a time, participants feel good and their general health improves.

The Serenity Circles meet at many locations and focus on many different topics. Please ring to confirm attendance or check calendar on website for circle times and locations. Contact us to design a Serenity circle for your family or your group,
